Nine key decision dimensions were identified in a joint ideation process with the product and engineering teams of both companies. Based on interviews, surveys, and market reports.
Goal: Show home seekers at a glance whether a location fits their lifestyle — with current, explainable, and credible micro-location facts.

The display was deliberately designed so that only some ratings are visible on page load. Clicking "Show more" reveals all ratings, enabling clear measurement of the information's impact.
